The University of Miami School of Architecture Center for Urban and Community Design (UM/CUCD), in conjunction with the Dade Heritage Trust (DHT), the US Green Building Council and the Coral Gables Museum, is hosting a half-day conference and luncheon on Historic Preservation: A Green Alternative. The keynote speaker will be renowned architect and author, UM Distinguished Visiting Professor Vincent Scully. Other speakers will include University of Miami Director of the Center for Urban and Community design, Sonia Chao, and award-winning architects and faculty members Jorge Hernandez, Catherine Lynn and architect Justin Falango.
This event will take place Saturday, April 5 from 9am-3pm; registration is from 9-9:30am.
